My place is Buenos Aires, Argentina. I may talk about the different
places that you can visit, the type of people that live there in particular.
The city is such an amazing city and the art scene is fantastic. The city
has run out of room to build upwards anymore so now they are building
buildings underground and these building are a norm there and they are
awe inspiring. With that being said, most of these underground buildings
are filled with all types of amazing art galleries and art stores.
So in essence this is probably what I will be talking about in my website
about Buenos Aires - the art scene. :)

Wk 2 - IC - Fiona Ewald - Kick Butt Coffee
Asides from the grand amount of things that I would change about their website asides from tearing down the whole website down and restarting the whole website from scratch. The main points of interest that would have to start off by being changed would have to be....
- Type (choose one main type and stick to that one)
- Colors (take a look inside their store/or one of their stores and pull from those colors to use for the website)
- Simplify! (I can't stress this enough when it comes to a redo for this website)
- a) put information into categories vs all the information on just one page
- One main navigation panel vs two or three navigation panel's as they have
- Tone down the WHOLE website!
How would I make this 'Kick Butt Coffee' Website more marketable?
- Make the page more appealing to everyone considering it is coffee and everyone loves coffee. Such as add blogs, a place to where anyone and everyone can talk to one another on the page.
- How would I bring people to this website? Asides from the horrid website that they have on the Internet as of now and once it is completely reworked I would make it a website as to where everyone would feel comfortable to go to and talk the daily rambling of just being human. People go to coffee shops to obviously drink coffee but also to socialize with one another. So initially I would integrate the coffee shop atmosphere onto the website.

Wk 1 - HW - Fiona Ewald - Article Summary
The website that I chose that is designed well, in my opinion, is for JCrew. I chose JCrew in part because I like the simplicity of the layout and also in the colors. The grid is very easy to follow and flows very easily for the eyes. This website, in case you are not familiar with it, is a clothes website. Very well-known and has been around for a long time. I like the typeface that they use as well, simple and again to the point. The main navigation bar is on the top and the sub navigation is on the left side moving from top to bottom. Of course the shopping is a major plus that you can receive once you are at the website or once you are through with it.
Site Size: 1028
The website's users are mainly adults although since it is clothes of course the sizes can range from early teens - both men and women clothes.
